The theme for this face serum is hydration and soothing. I loved the idea of creating a deeply hydrating serum starring amazing ingredients for the skin—hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, niacinamide, collagen peptides, and panthenol (aka Vitamin B5). Add to these a supporting cast of glycerin, rose hydrosol water, and allantoin and you have a very powerful face serum to combat aging, dryness, and fine lines/wrinkles.
When it comes to hydration, our star ingredient is hyaluronic acid—a silky humectant that helps plump and moisturize the skin. It pairs perfectly with glycerin and rose water hydrosol for keeping your skin hydrated and protecting the natural skin barrier.
For soothing, I included a good dose of panthenol (aka Pro-Vitamin B5) which is both soothing and moisturizing, helping fight inflammation and irritation—a fabulous skincare ingredient!
Vitamin C and niacinamide are known to boost collagen production leaving your skin smooth, firm, and younger looking.
Collagen peptides act similar to naturally occurring peptides in younger skin. The peptides we chose to include in this formulation serve as a retinol substitute - all the benefits without the skin irritation.
This is perfect to use after washing your face, but before you use lotions or oils. It only takes a drop or two to treat your whole face.
