Use as part of your morning, post-activity or evening body-care routine. Start with a small amount and massage thoroughly into the skin, adding more as needed.
New to topical magnesium? You may notice a temporary tingling or prickling sensation, particularly on very dry, freshly shaved or irritated skin. Begin with a small amount and avoid applying to broken or freshly shaved skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
