Because our honey comes from real hives gathering from the flowers blooming around them, the flavor and color can vary from season to season and hive to hive. That’s part of what makes local raw honey so special—you’re tasting a little bit of the landscape in every jar.
Our 1 lb Muth jar makes that honey just a little more special. Inspired by the historic Muth honey jars first used in the late 1800s, this beautifully embossed glass jar is finished with a traditional cork and paired with a wooden honey dipper.
It’s beautiful enough to give as a gift, but don’t be surprised if you want one for your own kitchen, too.
And when the honey is gone? Keep the jar! I love repurposing mine as tiny vases, little storage jars, or even a pretty spot for paper clips and other odds and ends.
